The Magic Bass will feature Steve Washington on vocals supported by a Quartet of the finest jazz musicians in the DMV area. Please feel free to come by and enjoy two sets of romantic jazz music.

We will have beverages as well as light appetizers for you to enjoy during the concert.

During the event we will be conducting open house tours of the community that will be led by our leasing agents!
